About

Boutique by choice. Senior by default.

Founded by Larry Bezrukov and delivered by a small senior team. We pick up the phone, ship the MVP, and write the case study — no account-manager layer, no pitch-deck theatre, no ‘request a quote’ games.

Manifesto

Two wedges drive every decision.

Wedge 01

Named outcomes, or we don't publish.

Every claim on this site carries a dollar, an hour, a headcount, or a timeframe. If we can't name it, it doesn't make the page. Every competitor sells 'AI solutions.' We sell fewer hires and shorter shipping windows.

Wedge 02

Public tiers. No quote games.

Automation starts at $3K setup + $500/mo. Product starts at $5K/month, billed bi-weekly. The tiers live on this site — the first call is about fit, not budget. Nobody asks you 'what's your budget?' because the number is already here.

The principal

Larry Bezrukov, founder and lead on every engagement.

larry-bezrukov · founder · IB Digital

Full-stack engineer turned founder. I’ve shipped production code across medical EMR, HR platforms, and AI-accelerated products — the last of which is the one I built myself.

Before IB Digital I spent a decade on production engineering teams — building and scaling patient-record software in the medical space, employee-lifecycle tooling in HR, and internal automation inside companies that could no longer hire their way out of a process problem. Same recurring observation: the expensive part was never the code, it was the ten meetings between the code and the decision.

In 2025 I shipped Prime Resume — an AI resume optimizer built almost entirely with Claude Code and modern agent tooling. Blank repo to live beta in a fraction of the traditional build time, and the first proof point that AI engineering pods ship real products, not just demos.

IB Digital is the consequence. A small, senior boutique that applies the same AI-accelerated workflow to founder-stage clients — with real people (plural) on every call and a public tier structure so nobody wastes the first 30 minutes on budget theatre. I’m on every engagement; the senior team carries the weight alongside me.

How we work

Three steps. Every engagement, same shape.

01

Discover.

One 30-minute call. One concrete problem on your side. We leave with a named outcome and a tier — or we send you somewhere more useful. No discovery fee, no NDA ritual.

30 min · no fee

02

Build.

Bi-weekly sprints on Cursor, Claude Code, and Playwright. Weekly ship demos, founder-direct Slack, code pushed to your repo from day one. Scope flexes inside the tier; the monthly doesn't.

2-week cadence · your repo

03

Ship.

Production environment or it doesn't count. The case study goes up the day the outcome is real — named in dollars, hours, or headcount. Pilot demos never make this page.

Production-only · named outcome

Values

Three rules we'd fire ourselves over.

Ship, don't slide-deck.

We build live artifacts — running agents, merged PRs, shipped MVPs. Proposals and pitch decks are how other agencies kill six weeks. We'd rather spend them building.

Outcomes before outputs.

A named dollar, a named hour, a removed seat — every engagement ends in a number. Pretty screenshots and clever architecture don't count unless something measurable moved.

Founder-close.

Larry is on every engagement from first call to last ship, alongside the senior team. No account-manager layer, no handoffs to people you never met on the discovery call.

Let’s talk

30 minutes. Bring one problem.

No slide deck, no discovery call fee, no ‘request a quote’ games. We’ll tell you whether it’s a fit in the first call — and point you somewhere useful if it isn’t.
