Service terms

IB Digital Solutions LLC, licensed by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), licence no. 2542792.01, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“IB Digital”, “we”). Contact: hello@ib.digital.

These terms apply to the services we sell: websites, AI automation, software development and the Site Care retainer. They also apply to your use of this site and the AI Readiness Check. If you and we sign a proposal or statement of work, it governs that engagement where it differs from these terms, except where the law gives you rights that can’t be waived.

Our prices are published on the pricing page in US dollars. The price of an engagement is fixed in its proposal or invoice before work starts. IB Digital isn’t registered for UAE VAT, so no VAT is added.

• Launch website: paid in full before work starts.
• Brand Site and Growth Site: 50% to start, 50% at launch.
• AI automation: the setup fee is paid before work starts. The optional retainer is billed monthly in advance.
• Software development: the monthly tier is invoiced in two equal parts, every 2 weeks.
• Site Care: billed monthly in advance.

Invoices are due within 7 days unless the invoice says otherwise. You can pay by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. Final deliverables are handed over, and a site moves to your own domain, once the invoice for that work is paid.

Timelines on the site (about 1, 2 or 3 weeks for websites, 6 weeks for an MVP, not 6 months) start when we have what we need from you: content, access and decisions. When your input arrives late, the date moves by the same amount. The Launch tier includes one revision round; larger engagements include the rounds stated in their proposal.

You get access to the repository from the start. When the invoices for the work are paid, you own the code, design and content we made for you, with the credentials and a written runbook. We keep the general know-how, tools and building blocks we use across clients. We show your project in our portfolio only with your permission.

Every website we build scores 95 or more on our public AI Readiness Check at launch, or we fix it free. A high score means the site is mechanically ready for AI engines. It doesn’t guarantee that any engine will cite you. This is the only performance guarantee we offer: we don’t promise revenue, rankings or other results.

• Before work starts: cancel by email and we refund everything you paid.
• After work starts, fixed-price projects: cancel by email at any time. We charge for the work done up to that day, in proportion to the fixed price, hand over everything produced so far, and refund anything you paid beyond that.
• Retainers (Site Care, automation): cancel any month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. No lock-ins, no termination fees.
• Software development: either of us can stop at the end of the current 2-week cycle. We hand over the work and repository for every cycle you’ve paid for.
• If we can’t deliver what we agreed, or it doesn’t match the description, we fix it or refund you for the part that falls short.

Refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 days of our agreeing the amount. To question a charge, write to hello@ib.digital first: we answer within 5 working days, and most issues are settled faster than a card dispute. Nothing here limits the rights you have under UAE law, including the e-commerce and consumer protection laws.

Content, access and decisions on time, and the right to use everything you give us (text, images, logos, data). Third-party costs such as domains, paid software and advertising are yours unless your proposal or Site Care says otherwise.

We keep your business information confidential and use it only for your work. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.

Our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data you could have backed up. These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them to, including fraud and gross negligence.

The check is free and provided as is. Scan only websites you own or are authorized to test. It sends a small number of requests to the site, including as named AI crawlers, and rate limits apply. Results describe how ready a site is mechanically. They aren’t a promise of visibility in any AI engine.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Disputes go to the competent courts of Sharjah. Before that, we’ll try to settle any disagreement directly with you.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an engagement is the one published when its proposal or first invoice was issued.
