Two services, two pricing models. Automation is a setup fee plus an optional monthly retainer. Product is a monthly subscription, billed bi-weekly. The tiers are on this page — you already know the cost before the first call.

$500/ mo retainer

  • One agent: voice intake, chat responder, or workflow bot

Team

$8Kone-time setup
$1.5K/ mo retainer

A multi-step flow or a small agent team with handoffs. Where most engagements land.

  • 2 – 4 agents with a manager or handoff flow
  • Up to 4 integrations (CRM, calendar, email, chat)
  • ~4-week typical launch
  • Monthly performance review + tuning
  • Built for real-estate lead ops, clinic intake, content teams

Multi-agent

$15Kone-time setup
$3K/ mo retainer

A fully orchestrated pod with a manager agent coordinating specialists on your stack.

  • Manager agent + specialist agents (eng, design, QA, support)
  • Full-stack integration — SSO, analytics, logs, alerts
  • ~6-week typical launch
  • Weekly expansion + tuning cycle
  • For replacing an entire function, not a single role

Retainer is optional — if you want a one-time build and plan to run it yourself, we'll hand it off with no ongoing fee.

FAQ

Five questions we get every week.

Automation has a real engineering setup cost up front — flat-monthly would penalize a light single-agent build. Product is an ongoing capacity commitment where scope flexes — monthly is the natural fit. Forcing both into one model would either overcharge small automations or undercharge full product builds.
