Automation

Automation that shows up on your P&L. Not in a slide deck.

Voice, chat, workflow, QA, multi-agent. Scoped, built, monitored, and handed over by our team — wired into the stack you already run.

What this is not

Not a no-code chatbot. Not a Zapier zap with a clever prompt. Not a hosted GPT wrapper. Agents wired into your CRM, calendar, comms stack, and operations — built, monitored, and handed over by our team.

Built with

Vapi · Retell · Twilio · ElevenLabs · OpenAI · Anthropic · n8n · Make · Cal.com · Resend

What we build

Six shapes. Not an exhaustive list — bring a seventh.

See it in the field

Voice agents

Inbound intake, outbound qualification, after-hours overflow. Wired to your CRM, calendar, and notification stack — Vapi or Retell on Twilio, ElevenLabs voices, Arabic and English in the same call.

Chat & messaging agents

Web, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app. Same agent brain across surfaces — the same agent that booked a viewing on the phone closes the loop on WhatsApp when you go offline.

Workflow automation

Multi-step ops with a memory. The bookkeeping reconcile, the new-hire onboarding, the lead routing dance — built on n8n, Make, or custom code where the off-the-shelf tools fall short.

QA + test automation

Playwright suites that run regression, smoke, integration, and API contracts on every PR. The line we run for a Medical EMR client — same pattern, your stack.

Multi-agent teams

Manager agent orchestrating specialists end-to-end. AI marketing pods, content teams, support pods, engineering pods. You approve weekly queues; the team ships them.

Custom — bring the problem

If it talks to humans, moves data, or runs a checklist, we will scope it. The first 30 minutes are on us. We will tell you whether automation is the right shape for the work.

How a build goes

Scope, build, launch, hand over. The retainer is the optional bit.

Step 01

Scope

One call, forty-five minutes. We name the integrations, the success metric, and the tier. No discovery-call fee, no scoping document theatre.

Step 02

Build

Two to six weeks depending on the tier. Vapi or Retell on Twilio, n8n where it fits, custom code where it does not. We share working previews before we ship to live traffic.

Step 03

Launch + monitor

Live on a test line first, then real traffic. We watch the first two hundred interactions ourselves and tune in-flight — every misfire caught before you take the dashboard.

Step 04

Handover

Runbook, credentials, dashboard access, an hour walkthrough. From that point the build is yours. The retainer is the optional bit — keep it if you want monitoring; drop it if you want a clean exit.

Pricing

Setup fee, optional retainer. Three sizes.

$3K, $8K, or $15K up front depending on the build size. $500, $1.5K, or $3K a month if you want ongoing monitoring — drop the retainer any month you do not need it. The full ladder, plus the comparison matrix and the FAQ, lives on the pricing page.

FAQ

Questions we get on the call.

Thirty minutes on a call. Bring the workflow you want to automate and the system of record it touches — CRM, calendar, ticketing, whatever. We scope the integration on the call and send a fixed quote the same day.

Let’s talk

30 minutes. Bring one problem.

No slide deck, no discovery call fee, no ‘request a quote’ games. We’ll tell you whether it’s a fit in the first call — and point you somewhere useful if it isn’t.
